1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pgpc" refers to the online sports betting and casino platform operated at https://pgpc.io, including all associated services, tools, features, and content.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pgpc platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened on the pgpc platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified identity record.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or deposit match awards credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports betting stake, casino game round, or other real-money gaming activity placed through the pgpc platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process pgpc conducts to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a Player.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as updated and published at https://pgpc.io/terms-conditions from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The pgpc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pgpc reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Access to and use of the pgpc platform is intended for players physically located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing online betting and casino services is lawful in your specific location. pgpc makes no representation as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions other than those it explicitly serves.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and the mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered pgpc Account at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pgpc may close all associated Accounts, confiscate balances, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pgpc Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pgpc will never contact you requesting your password through any channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified pgpc in writing of a security breach before the activity in question occurred.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pgpc may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change of contact details, or when account activity triggers an internal review. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, accompanied by proof of address and proof of the payment method registered to the Account. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in any verification request may result in temporary Account suspension.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pgpc reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive Account balances following written notice to the registered email address. Where the Account balance is insufficient to cover the inactivity fee, the balance will be reduced to zero and the Account will be closed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pgpc Account at any time by contacting the support team. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request with a positive real-money balance, pgpc will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the Player's verified payment method following successful KYC confirmation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pgpc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pgpc does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in the name of the Account holder.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set at ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change. Players may view their current transaction limits within the Account settings section of the pgpc platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to pgpc are processed to verified payment accounts within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to additional review. pgpc processes all withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative has been approved through the formal payment method change process.

4.4 Transaction Fees

pgpc does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party transaction charges applied by mobile banking operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card networks (Visa, Mastercard) are the responsibility of the Player and are not reimbursed by pgpc.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits offered by pgpc are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for matters relating to that offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, Bonus Funds credited to a pgpc Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Qualifying bets for wagering purposes must be placed on markets with minimum odds of 1.50 or on casino game categories as specified in the individual offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pgpc monitors all bonus activity for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a bonus, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, pgpc reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses, reverse any winnings generated from abusive activity, and permanently close the relevant Account.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds not used within the period specified in the applicable offer terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. Real-money Account balances are not affected by bonus expiry.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed through the pgpc platform is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is issued to the Player. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system timeouts, or insufficient Account balance are not binding on pgpc. pgpc reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion prior to confirmation.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and market, available in the pgpc Help section. Cricket bets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, or BCCI as applicable). In-play bets are settled at the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance, not at the odds shown at any earlier time.

6.3 Obvious Errors

pgpc reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price due to a data feed error, system fault, or human input error. The determination of whether odds were obviously erroneous rests solely with pgpc's trading team. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum duration required for settlement has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the market has already been determined. The minimum duration for cricket match settlement purposes is specified in the individual sport rules.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available through the pgpc platform — including but not limited to live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot games, crash games, and card games — are supplied by independent third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and rule set as determined by the game provider.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning mechanisms conducted in real time. pgpc does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. All casino games on the pgpc platform are independently certified for fair play.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be resolved automatically by the game software according to the game rules. pgpc is not liable for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side fault, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pgpc platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering, operating, or using more than one Account on the pgpc platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of a casino game or sports event.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or algorithmic tools to place bets or access the pgpc platform without prior written consent.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or extract personal data from the platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation on events listed on the pgpc platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pgpc staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the pgpc platform — including but not limited to the pgpc brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pgpc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pgpc platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any pgpc content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of pgpc intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgpc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pgpc platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity — even if pgpc has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

pgpc's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the pgpc platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgpc does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. pgpc will endeavour to notify Players of planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

11 Privacy & Data

pgpc collects, processes, and stores personal data about its Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pgpc.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy governs how pgpc handles your personal information, including the purposes for which it is used, the third parties with whom it may be shared, and your rights as a data subject.

pgpc uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the pgpc platform. Player financial data is never stored in plain text. pgpc does not sell or rent player personal data to third-party marketers under any circumstances.

12 Responsible Gaming

pgpc is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that pgpc's games are designed for entertainment, not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

pgpc offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — restrict the maximum amount you can deposit within a specified period.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your Account and request that pgpc blocks re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pgpc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pgpc will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the pgpc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the pgpc platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of their remaining real-money balance before the revised Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://pgpc.io/terms-conditions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pgpc's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

pgpc's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to submit a written complaint to [email protected] in the first instance. pgpc will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 days. Where a Player is unsatisfied with pgpc's final decision, they retain the right to pursue further remedies available under applicable law.
